Access your customer account to:
• Quickly see the status of your EDF account and your consumption on the dashboard.
• Submit your meter readings every two months to ensure accurate billing.
• Track the installation of your Linky™ meter by Enedis, the distributor.
• Monitor your daily energy expenses with "My Newsfeed" (for customers with a Linky™ or Gazpar™ smart meter).
• Set an annual consumption goal and receive alerts (with a Linky™ smart meter).
• Adjust your monthly payment based on your actual consumption (only for customers with a Linky™ smart meter).
• Gain a better understanding of your consumption trends and anticipate estimated monthly expenses with projections.
• Receive energy-saving tips.
• Discover which appliances consume the most energy in your home.
• Connect your smart devices (thermostat, weather station, radiator, etc.) and visualize their usage breakdown.
• Pay your bills or manage your payment method.
• Download your contract certificate or EDF invoice.
• Sign up for the most suitable electricity and/or gas contract when moving.
• Easily report a claim through the app (if you have subscribed to our Solution Dépannage Confiance services).

The EDF & MOI app also allows you to:
• Consult a list of useful phone numbers.
• Contact EDF via Facebook or Twitter.
• Compare different energy offers from EDF.
• Know the color codes for EJP or Tempo days, after initial authentication to the customer area (if you have one of these options).
• Receive alerts when your bill is generated to know the amount deducted, amount to be paid, or refund.

No need to search for the EDF & MOI app among dozens of others. Now, simply say "OK Google, open the EDF app" to access your customer account! (Android 5 or later)

Remember to activate the voice assistant beforehand from the Google app (bottom-right corner → More → Settings → Voice).

Because accessibility for all users is at the heart of our concerns, we regularly optimize the app for visually impaired users (VoiceOver and TalkBack), as well as for deaf and hard of hearing users (chat and/or LSF video communication).

Authentication to EDF & MOI with Fingerprint is available on compatible models running Android Marshmallow (version 6.0) or later. Your device must not be rooted (jailbroken) and its lock code must be enabled. Your fingerprints must be previously registered on your device.
